So Much to Do, So Little Time!

The first scrapbooking weekend for the year is over. BOO HOO!
It is amazing how quickly the time flies when you are with friends working on all kinds of crafts.  Not only did I make cards, work on scrapbook pages, but I also read about half of a novel and hand quilted on my table runner.  VERY productive weekend!  The weather was not on my side for a walk to the beach, but it was perfect for being inside, warm and dry, working on crafts.

Now I have quite a bit to do over the next few weeks to prepare for the first D & D Papercraft Event of the year on March 30th.  I rotate meals, so they are already set with grocery lists ready, but have a few more cards to make for the workshop I will be teaching at the event.  After that it is prepping the name tags and goody bags which I tend to finish the week before just in case there are any last minute changes.

In between all of these tasks, I have been trying to find time to finish my 4th puzzle and this morning I finished the novel I started this weekend.  So much I want to do and it seems the days fly by as I try to work on everything I want to do!

I LOVE retirement and have not been bored ONE minute the last three months.  Will I get to the walk exercise class today?  Only time will tell if I can break myself away from what I will be working on in the next hour.

Happy Crafting!

    1. Hand quilting so far is not that thrilling for me. I still plan to finish my table runner by hand quilting, but think that will be it and I will machine other projects or send them to a long arm person to quilt.
