Simple Cards for a Friday

So yesterday I was SO excited to finally blog again that I shared the card sketch for today as well as the past few days I have been creating them!  Instead of skipping today, I took the sketched and made the samples and decided to share and maybe take a break tomorrow.  It is just easier not to rush to get one done, since I limit myself to being on my laptop in the mornings only.

My sketch arrived in my email today!  I subscribe to daily emails from a handful of Stampin' Up Demonstrators and Jackie Bolhuis at www.klompenstampers.com is one of them.  Her Peaceful Poppy on line class is my inspiration for the workshop I will teach at our March 28th D & D Papercraft Event.  So to my surprise when I read her email today, her sketch design made it easy to create two very simple cards from a 6" x 6" scrap of paper.  Here are the samples I just completed.  Took me less than half an hour and again you can use any greetings/salutations you might have.

These cards could be "spiced up" a little with the use of ink around the greeting as well as around the outside of the card if you desired.  They were SO EASY that I pulled out another 6" X 6" scrap of patterned paper and made two more.
Total cards made in 2020 so far is 49.

Happy Crafting!
